HBCA Enters Strategic Partnership with Harold Benjamin Solicitors as UK Legal Advisors

Harold Benjamin Solicitors Partners with HB Corporate Advisory UAE to Strengthen UK–UAE Client Offering

London, United Kingdom / Dubai, United Arab Emirates – September 2026

Harold Benjamin Solicitors, a well-established law firm in England and Wales, has announced a strategic partnership with HB Corporate Advisory (HBCA), an independent advisory business based in the United Arab Emirates.

The partnership reflects the increasingly strong commercial relationship between the UK and UAE and the changing requirements of clients operating across both jurisdictions.

As increasing numbers of UK businesses, entrepreneurs and investors seek to establish a presence, relocate or invest in the UAE, there is also significant and continuing appetite from UAE-based investors, family businesses and entrepreneurs to invest and do business in the United Kingdom.

The partnership places Harold Benjamin and HBCA at the centre of this two-way relationship.

HBCA will provide strategic and commercial advisory services in the UAE, including business establishment and structuring support, investment advisory and introductions across banking, finance, tax, wealth management and other professional services.

Harold Benjamin will provide independently regulated legal services in England and Wales for clients requiring UK legal advice, including in relation to real estate, corporate transactions, banking and finance and other commercial matters.

Vijay Parikh, Managing Partner of Harold Benjamin, commented:

“Clients increasingly think internationally. We are seeing UK clients looking to the UAE for growth and opportunity, while UAE-based clients continue to see the UK as an important destination for investment and business.

“The relationship between Harold Benjamin and HBCA allows us to sit at the centre of those requirements. The objective is to understand what clients are trying to achieve, connect them with the right expertise and relationships, and provide continuity between two markets that are becoming increasingly interconnected.”

The partnership will enable both organisations to develop their respective UK and UAE networks while maintaining a clear distinction between HBCA’s independent advisory services and the regulated legal services provided by Harold Benjamin.
